- Site Engineer – 6 to 7 years of experience in roads, bridges, and structures
- Foreman (3 Nos.) – with road construction experience
- Charge Hands (5 Nos.) – with road construction experience
- Structure Workers (20+ Nos.) – including Carpenters, Steel Fixers, Masons, and Helpers
